Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for maintaining current customer satisfaction with service and sales, and generate new sales/business through sales initiatives and goals. Provide professional services with product knowledge, problem solving, and order enhancement.

Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in relevant field OR 2 years industry experience

Working conditions vary and will include warehouse, office, and external environments. Activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office work may include sitting for extended periods. May include some travel both by car and by air Manufacturing client facilities may have hazards or dirty conditions.

• Provides outstanding customer service to all current and potential customers, mainly via telephone and internet
• Writes orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures
• Maintain current customer base
• Meet established monthly sales goals
• Communicates and cooperates with outside sales force and/or other departments for all Frost pertinent activities
• Communicate process improvement ideas
• Timely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materials
• Maintains up-to-date awareness with new and existing products and services

$50,000 to $60,000 annually
