Cincinnati, OH The IT Manager will oversee a diverse team of technology professionals responsible for both internal IT support services and software development initiatives. This position plays a critical role in delivering reliable technical solutions that support operational excellence and ensure customer commitments are met daily. Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate schedules, priorities, and timelines for strategic initiatives, billable projects, and help desk operations. Lead and mentor development and support personnel to ensure efficient delivery of systems, applications, and technical services. Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch support. Identify project requirements and secure the resources necessary to achieve successful outcomes. Develop project plans outlining scope, milestones, timelines, staffing, and budget considerations. Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting cloud infrastructure and server environments. Contribute to the design and execution of long-term technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives. Maintain accountability for departmental budgeting and financial performance metrics. Assign responsibilities, define expectations, and monitor project execution across team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience and certifications considered. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience leading software development teams and initiatives. Background managing help desk operations and technical support environments. Minimum of 3 years managing and developing technical teams across multiple locations. Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders while balancing operational and business expectations.
