Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join our team at Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.

Sign on Bonus: 32 to 40hrs. = $2000 16 to 24hrs = $1000 Compensation: range $19.50-$27.00 hourly plus applicable shift differentials. Rate is determined based on relevant experience and license history.

How you will make an impact:

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner

What you will need:

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required
