Product Specialist Cemen Tech

Beard Equipment Company is seeking a Product Specialist to drive the growth and success of the Cemen Tech product line within our dealership. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to influence revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building lasting relationships with customers, and becoming an expert in volumetric concrete technology. As the face of Beard Equipment, you'll educate contractors, municipalities, and other stakeholders about the benefits of Cemen Tech products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions that positively impact their business.

Essential duties and responsibilities include becoming an expert on the full range of Cemen Tech products and solutions, collaborating with the dealership's sales team to present Cemen Tech products to existing and potential customers, conducting ROI analyses for prospects, selling customers the complete concrete production solution, providing outstanding customer service, promoting the Cemen Tech brand, working closely with the Cemen Tech sales team to meet and exceed regional sales targets, representing the company and products at tradeshows and industry events, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining positive and professional working relationships with coworkers, management, and vendors, following all safety rules and regulations, participating in all company driven communication efforts, proactively seeking and participating in available company sponsored training, maintaining prompt and regular attendance, and adhering to all policies and procedures.

Supervisory responsibility is none. The work environment is usually moderate noise level. Physical demands include frequently stooping/bending, using hands and arms, standing/walking, lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds, specific vision abilities, and traveling by vehicle or plane up to 100% of the workday. Travel is 60-80%. Job requirements include travel up to 60-80% of the time, strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, a drive to succeed, self-motivation, construction industry knowledge or related experience, proven experience in solution selling, excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, internet browsers, and other modern business tools, strategic thinking, customer-centric focus, drive for excellence, problem solving, ethics and professionalism, and judgment.
