Joyce is hiring Part-Time Event Marketers to represent our brand at local events, generate leads, and set appointments. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who want to earn more and grow quickly.

$17 per hour base rate

Uncapped performance-based commissions on leads and appointments

Average earnings of $20$25 per hour

Top performers earning $30+ per hour

Engage with homeowners at events, home shows, and retail locations

Start conversations, build interest, and generate quality leads

Set appointments for our in-home sales team
