Working fully remote, the Business Analyst - Customer Success will manage post-order management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with various teams to resolve issues related to shipments, invoicing, and inventory management. Key responsibilities
Bridge gaps across Order-to-Cash stages by collaborating with Inventory, Sales Operations, and Distribution teams Review post-order management data and initiate corrective actions related to shipments and invoicing Analyze logistics trends and submit potential solutions for improvement to management
Required qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent working experience of at least 5 years in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry 2 years of experience supporting Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Finance in an analytical capacity General knowledge of procurement concepts and compliance with governmental regulations Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Oracle ERP Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
