You are the first point of contact for our customers friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products
Your Skills Matter
You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills motivated by targets and customer contact You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality You are communicative and articulate in English You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays whether full-time or part-time You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
