Scrum Master

Scrum is an agile method in project management that provides a framework for team collaboration on complex products.

Though it is used in many fields, it is implemented in particular during software development. It proposes a set of lightweight process frameworks that help companies be better organised in order to deliver software faster. In contrast to a project leader, the Scrum master is not responsible for the outcome of a project, but rather helps the team reach consensus regarding its targets and stay focused during the daily scrum.
