Responsibilities:
Support the billing team with invoicing and administrative tasks
Record and track inbound work accurately and efficiently
Assist with invoice distribution and related processes
Provide phone support and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Resolve customer issues in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
Qualifications:
3-5 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Action-oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to work under stringent timelines and shifting priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems preferred
