As an IT Service Support Specialist, you are the interface between our regional offices and the IT department. You take on a responsible role in the strategic planning and implementation of technical solutions.
*Your tasks:*
* *Consolidate, review and actionize:* You collect technical requirements and problems from the regional offices, review them and initiate appropriate measures.
* *Technology and service roadmap:* You evaluate the current technology and service landscape and develop a future-oriented roadmap together with the team.
* *Business impact and risks:* You analyze the business impact of new technologies and services as well as the associated risks.
* *Delivery management:* You manage the implementation of technical solutions and projects and ensure a smooth process.
* *Business plan:* You make valuable contributions to the creation of the departmental business plan through your work.
* *Improving technical solutions:* You identify potential for improvement in existing technical solutions and work on optimizing them.
* *Escalation management:* In the case of complex technical problems, you take over the escalation to the responsible bodies.
* *Risk management:* You contribute to risk minimization within the framework of the given corporate guidelines and strategies through proactive action.
*Your profile:*
* Completed technical training (e.g. IT system administrator, electrical engineer) or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in technical support, ideally in the on-site area
* Solid knowledge of hardware and software
* Very good analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
* Excellent communication and team skills
* Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
