We are looking for a Team Lead Relations Development (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.


  • Lead the Stakeholder Relations team in terms of employee, budget, and task management
  • Maintain structured account management through regular, well-documented meetings focused on risks, performance insights, company updates, and identify Retain, Expand, and Gain (RAG) opportunities, ensuring clear follow-up actions
  • Manage institutional and strategic partnerships by maintaining stakeholder relationships, identifying collaboration and co-investment opportunities
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to share and act on partner insights, ensuring alignment across teams and contributing to continuous improvement of the partner engagement model

  • Degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, Sustainability or equivalent
  • Min. 7 years of experience in the relevant field and min. 2 years of experience in managing employees
  • Strong communication, documentation and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level); German knowledge is beneficial
  • Ability to travel internationally
