In this role, you'll step into established national strategic restoration accounts with active agreements, while also flexing your hunting skills to land large commercial projects. Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building
Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and project execution
Build and manage long-term client relationships across multiple industries (multifamily, restoration, commercial, etc.)
Partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams to ensure successful delivery
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM systems
Drive account growth through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and business reviews
Experience in business development, outside sales, or account management
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Experience in flooring, construction, restoration, or related industries is a plus
Base salary $70,000 annually + proven commission structure
Multiple six-figure earning opportunities through commissions and bonus incentives
