Overview Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting the development and optimization of cutting-edge mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the adoption of Ansys Discovery-based workflows for geometry creation, meshing, and solver preparation.
Develop automated, parameterized scripts to streamline mechanical development processes.
Build and validate parametric geometries using sketches, constraints, and Boolean operations in Ansys Discovery.
Translate GUI operations into pyDiscovery scripts, ensuring full parameterization with variables and named selections.
Share best practices, step-by-step guides, and recorded demos to facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Ansys Discovery, Prime Mesher, and scripting with pyDiscovery, pyPrime, and pyMAPDL.
Proficiency in Python for automation, parameterization, and error handling.
Solid understanding of FEA principles, mesh quality metrics, and solver preparation.
Experience in workflow migration or process enablement is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical training and collaboration.
