At least 4 years of operational or strategic experience At least 2 years of experience managing a team Strong relationship building skills Excellent communication skills Comfort with analyzing and utilizing data Experience recruiting learners at-scale (preferred) Experience in workforce development (preferred) Proficient with Canvas or similar LMS tools, Salesforce and Google Workspace (preferred) Benefits:
