Managing customer payments and remittances. Building trust with providers and healthcare executives through strong financial acumen. Clearly articulating the billing processes and educate stakeholders on invoicing procedures. Gathering and relaying feedback to improve billing systems and processes. Collaborating with internal teams to execute billing-related initiatives and trials. Requirements:
