Indicative range:
$65,000 — $105,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview We are hiring a Policy Analyst to research, analyse, and write on policy issues that affect the organisation. The role combines deep research craft with sharp writing — turning complex policy into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyse legislation, regulation, and policy trends in assigned areas
Write policy briefs, position papers, and recommendation memos
Build models or scenario analyses to evaluate policy options
Track key bills, regulatory proceedings, and policy developments
Partner with public affairs, legal, and product teams on cross‑functional issues
Support stakeholder engagement and external policy communications
Required Skills and Qualifications
3 years in policy analysis, research, or government roles
Strong research skills across primary and secondary sources
Excellent written communication, including policy writing
Familiarity with quantitative analysis and basic modeling
Comfort engaging with regulators, advocates, and academic audiences
Master’s in public policy, economics, or related field is a plus
