Crossroads Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and driven BDC Agent to join our growing team. Our BDC team is the first point of contact for many of our customers, so professionalism, communication skills, and a commitment to excellent service are critical.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound internet and phone inquiries from customers
- Schedule appointments for the sales and service departments
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with potential customers
- Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
