- Managed full cycle accounts payable including invoice intake, review, coding, approval, and payment processing
- Reviewed and processed employee expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with internal policies and tax guidelines
- Ensured all reimbursement submissions included appropriate documentation, approvals, and proper expense classification
- Processed payments via ACH, wire, and check in accordance with established schedules and controls
- Maintained accurate vendor and employee records, including set-up, updates, and required compliance documentation
- Responded to internal inquiries regarding reimbursements, payment status, and policy interpretation
- Reconciled accounts payable, expense, and clearing accounts and resolved discrepancies in a timely manner
- Supported month-end close by preparing accruals, reporting, and audit support related to payables and reimbursements
- Enforced internal controls and approval workflows to ensure compliance with firm policies and financial standards
- Identified process improvement opportunities related to reimbursement compliance, efficiency, and accuracy
- 2+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience with a strong focus on expense reimbursements
- Experience interpreting and enforcing reimbursement and expense policies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review documentation for compliance
- Proficiency with accounting systems and expense management platforms
- Solid understanding of AP controls, approval workflows, and audit requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and leadership
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions in a deadline-driven environment
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
