Growing multi-specialty orthopedic practice looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the patient will function at their personal best. We currently offer physical therapy services in Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs and Plantation.
*Responsibilities*
* Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
* Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
* Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to issues identified, required frequency of treatments
* Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
* Supervises activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.
* Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
* Supervises activities of physical therapy assistants and other support personnel.
*Skills*
* Proven work experience as a physical therapist
* Intensive education and clinical expertise
* Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
* Current knowledge of treatment practices
* Drive to continually learn and grow
* Professional behavior
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Valid license to practice physical therapy
* Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year
