*Responsibilities*
* Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
* Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
* Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to issues identified, required frequency of treatments
* Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
* Supervises activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.
* Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
* Supervises activities of physical therapy assistants and other support personnel.
*Skills*
* Proven work experience as a physical therapist
* Intensive education and clinical expertise
* Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
* Current knowledge of treatment practices
* Drive to continually learn and grow
* Professional behavior
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Valid license to practice physical therapy
* Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year
