LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a high-performing legal team in Boca Raton. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, supporting attorneys in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of complex litigation cases, including discovery, document production, and case management
  • Draft, review, and proofread pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Prepare deposition, hearing, and trial binders
  • Coordinate with court reporters, mediators, and other litigation support personnel
  • Maintain organized case files and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court schedules
  • Conduct legal research and support attorneys with trial preparation
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation ; experience with complex litigation matters preferred
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and litigation support tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
