Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record Previous experience in a leadership or management role with success in developing engineering teams Strong technical background in software development and proficiency in programming languages Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
