Support monitoring of availability and uptime of corporate systems (e.g. routers, switches, phones, firewalls, cloud components, workstations, laptops) — escalate issues to senior IT staff asrequired Manage internal applications (e.g. AD, Office 365, Jira, Confluence, Okta) including access management Maintain physical office infrastructure, including setup of workstations and desk moves as directed by management Work within established security practices aligned to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (e.g. Data Loss Prevention, Event Logging, Mobile Policies, Firewall Policies) — not responsible for defining or adopting new practices Maintainaccurateand detailed documentation of work instructions and internal procedures Aid senior members of the team where needed Responding to desktop support requests from employees face-to-face and remotely.
