Lead and manage full project lifecycles from planning through commissioning for international construction projects, ensuring compliance, quality, budget, and schedule while mentoring teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from planning, construction to commissioning to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee site construction activities to enforce safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams to align project objectives and resolve issues
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges on site
- Supervise installation works including steel structure, piping, and equipment to meet project specifications
- Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to ensure operational readiness
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of project status for stakeholder communication
- Ensure all project activities comply with international standards and local regulations
- Lead and mentor site teams to enhance performance and achieve project goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction or project management
- Proven experience managing xcfaprz international projects in regions such as Singapore, Middle East, and Southeast Asia
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, commissioning, and project lifecycle management
- Experience with steel structure, piping, and equipment installation
- Familiarity with petrochemical, chemical, or industrial projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
