Assistant Construction Manager

Lead and manage full project lifecycles from planning through commissioning for international construction projects, ensuring compliance, quality, budget, and schedule while mentoring teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from planning, construction to commissioning to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee site construction activities to enforce safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges on site
• Supervise installation works including steel structure, piping, and equipment to meet project specifications
• Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to ensure operational readiness
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of project status for stakeholder communication
• Ensure all project activities comply with international standards and local regulations
• Lead and mentor site teams to enhance performance and achieve project goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction or project management
• Proven experience managing xcfaprz international projects in regions such as Singapore, Middle East, and Southeast Asia
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, commissioning, and project lifecycle management
• Experience with steel structure, piping, and equipment installation
• Familiarity with petrochemical, chemical, or industrial projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
