Our client, a global medical device client, is seeking a Senior R&D Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and commercialisation of new products on site in Co. Mayo. This role will focus on delivering strategic projects within a structured NPD framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams through product development and commercialisation
- Develop business cases and support global product launch strategies
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and ROI targets
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive project success
- Mentor team members and promote a high‑performance culture
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice in project management
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
- 8–10+ years’ experience in product development project management (medical devices or regulated industry preferred)
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams
xcfaprz - Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA/21 CFR)
- Experience working in matrixed environments
Desirable
- Master’s degree or PMP certification
