About us:
Spring Forest Cabinetry is a kitchen and bath cabinet wholesaler based in Greensboro, NC, that provides great products for contractors, stores, builders, and remodelers. Our product has a purpose to expand and express your possibilities, but not your budget.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional order process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders received via email and online portals
- Accurately log and track orders using Trello
- Coordinate with other departments through Slack
- Schedule freight shipments and coordinate with shipping companies
- Provide timely updates to customers on their orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential clients
- Communicate with sister locations to check product availability
- Welcome walk-in customers and showcase our cabinet showroom
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Trello, Slack, and email platforms preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Cabinet industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
