CSR Contract Role – Canada Cartage (Cathy Lacivita)
- Position: Contract (backfill)
- Pay rate: $19/hour
- Start date: Immediate
- Location: Training → hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 WFH)
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday (may adjust with notice)
Responsibilities:
- Customer communication via email (~60/day) and phone (~20/day)
- Excel work (spreadsheets; intermediate level, VLOOKUP/pivot an asset)
- Order entry, dispatch coordination, tracking & tracing, appointment scheduling
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications / Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Team player ; will work closely with 2 other CSRs
- Prior experience in trucking, freight, or 3PL is an asset
