Operations Manager
Drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in daily operations. Lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss statements to affect change and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
- 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
