Job Description:

Operations Manager

Drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in daily operations. Lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
  • Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
  • Assist the General Manager with task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss statements to affect change and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
  • 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
  • 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
  • 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
