Our distribution center in San Antonio, Texas, is hiring a Distribution Center Associate to manage a wide range of warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
- Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Preparing shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
- Capability of performing significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE and following Safety guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
