Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on safety. You will manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, driving performance and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, optimizing workflows, and enforcing company policies, particularly concerning Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and general safety. This is a critical position within our logistics department, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. If you have a proven track record in warehouse supervision and a passion for efficient logistics, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
  • Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts, accuracy, and stock rotation.
  • Coordinate and manage all inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) logistics activities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse facility.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
This role requires the ability to perform occasional Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. You will be responsible for the overall success of warehouse operations and ensuring a high level of service in our logistics network. Your leadership will be key to maintaining our commitment to excellence and safety.
