We are looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on safety. You will manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, driving performance and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, optimizing workflows, and enforcing company policies, particularly concerning Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and general safety. This is a critical position within our logistics department, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts, accuracy, and stock rotation.
- Coordinate and manage all inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) logistics activities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse facility.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
