We are hiring Distribution Center Associates to join our vital logistics operations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks related to receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all Safety regulations.
  • Utilize RF scanners and other technology to accurately process inventory and orders.
  • Ensure picked items match order specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform regular inventory audits, including cycle counts, to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards, upholding stringent Safety protocols.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Consistently use designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure personal and team Safety.
  • Manage the Lifting and movement of packages and materials, using proper ergonomic techniques.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse machinery safely and effectively.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanning is advantageous.
  • Physical capacity to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team atmosphere.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
