Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Portland, Oregon! This role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving and putting away inventory to picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will contribute directly to our logistics operations by maintaining high standards of inventory management and order processing. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is beneficial, but not required as we provide thorough training. Your commitment to Safety and quality will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Package orders with care, ensuring product integrity and presentation.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including applying labels and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
