You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving and putting away inventory to picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will contribute directly to our logistics operations by maintaining high standards of inventory management and order processing. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is beneficial, but not required as we provide thorough training. Your commitment to Safety and quality will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Package orders with care, ensuring product integrity and presentation.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including applying labels and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
