A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Agent:
1) Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle
2) Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone
3) Ensure all of our clients have an amazing experience
4) Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets
5) Enjoy tacos, pizza, or BBQ when the team does well

1) What kind of training will I receive?
We're big on helping our team members reach their goals, whether personal, professional, or financial. Once you're on board, you'll dive into our top-notch product and sales training, specially crafted for our agency.
2) Is prior insurance sales experience required?
At this time, it is required to have some Insurance sales experience.
3) Will I need to find or purchase my own leads?
Absolutely not. We provide all the leads you'll ever need.

Requirements
Licensing: A valid California Property & Casualty License is Recommended. Life and Health License is Recommended.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable
Communication Skill: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Results-Driven: Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and foster positive work relationships
Problem-Solving: Capability to analyze and solve customer concerns and inquiries
