As an Agency Producer / Licensed Insurance Sales Representative , you will play a key role in growing our office by connecting with prospects, identifying their needs, and recommending insurance solutions that provide security and peace of mind.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving real-life problems, and working in a performance-driven environment with strong support and training.

What You’ll Do
Generate new business by identifying and connecting with potential clients
Build relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Educate clients on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients
Help grow the agency through referrals, networking, and community engagement

What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred (insurance or financial services a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
