MCSA certification Knowledge of any scripting language like powershell python etc. Knowledge of configuration management tool like Splunk Quest RMAD terraform etc. Knowledge of incident management problem management Change management on BMC remedy Support for 24/7/365 which basically monitors Windows and AD Infrastructure Alerts and take remedial actions within process defined in environment. Project Work:
Provision / Decommission Windows OS on Virtual machine or Physical standalone servers. DC Promotion/Demotion ADDS Migration Patching & Upgrades Incident Management: Respond & resolve tickets before SLA gets breached. Infrastructure Downtime/Non-Downtime Maintenance contact email Update on call details. Setup Blackouts and then take shutdown reboot of servers as & if required during maintenance work
