Project Work:
Provision / Decommission Windows OS on Virtual machine or Physical standalone servers. DC Promotion/Demotion ADDS Migration Patching & Upgrades Incident Management: Respond & resolve tickets before SLA gets breached. Infrastructure Downtime/Non-Downtime Maintenance contact email Update on call details. Setup Blackouts and then take shutdown reboot of servers as & if required during maintenance work
