Do you have a background in sales, with a 'hunter' mentality? We are looking for a Senior Sales Director to join our London based team in a senior role.
This role acts as the lead within the Sales environment for our rapidly growing business. You will demonstrate a full range of leadership skills and behaviours in defining and driving the Sales organisation within the US.
You will create an environment that motivates teams to learn and develop, supporting them to deliver excellent services to our External Clients and our Internal Stakeholders.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Acquire, develop and retain PE/RE clients in line with the defined sales targets
Build, maintain and explore networks of relevant professions for the organization
Supervise the adherence to compliance related laws, rules and regulations
Contribute to the development of strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
Develop, deliver and monitor a Business Plan
Build and maintain a feeder’s network
Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
Act as an ambassador and role model both externally and internally
Take responsibility for profit and loss
Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities
Select and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans and secure new business
Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
Support marketing activities
Publish articles in relevant media sources
Participate in presentations, panel discussions, and organize seminars.
