We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate for our bustling facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is critical for maintaining the flow of goods through our distribution center. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently sort, label, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Ensure all Lifting activities are performed safely and correctly.
- Wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves, as mandated by safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of safety procedures and practices within a logistics environment.
- Commitment to performing duties safely and efficiently.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
