Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Jacksonville, Florida, where you'll play a key role in our efficient warehouse operations. This position involves a variety of tasks essential to the movement and storage of goods. You'll be involved in receiving, storing, and preparing products for distribution. This is a physically demanding role requiring stamina, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Sort, stack, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics and warehouse management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
