Tig Welder

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on parts and assemblies according to blueprints and production specifications.

• Weld components freehand and/or using fixtures and rotary positioning equipment .

• Weld materials including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum .

• Ensure all welds meet quality and cosmetic standards , including precision welds on thin materials such as 22-gauge components .

• Track and maintain inventory of welding components to prevent shortages.

• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to meet assembly and production needs.

• Minimum 1 year of recent professional TIG welding experience .

• Proven ability to perform high-quality TIG welds with strong attention to detail , including cosmetic welds on thin materials.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings .

• Understanding of TIG welding adjustments for different materials and part variations.

You should be proficient in:

• Welding Setups for Production
• Blueprint Reading
