You will be tasked with performing regular cycle counts, researching and resolving inventory discrepancies, and ensuring that all inventory movements are accurately recorded in our system. A strong understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management principles is essential. You will collaborate with warehouse associates and management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. **Safety** is our top priority; all employees are required to strictly follow **PPE** regulations and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Occasional **lifting** of items up to 40 pounds may be necessary. Key responsibilities include reconciling inventory records, performing audits, and implementing procedures to improve inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing inventory challenges.
