This role is fundamental to our operational success, ensuring we have the right products in the right place at the right time. You will be tasked with performing regular cycle counts, researching and resolving inventory discrepancies, and ensuring that all inventory movements are accurately recorded in our system. A strong understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management principles is essential. You will collaborate with warehouse associates and management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. **Safety** is our top priority; all employees are required to strictly follow **PPE** regulations and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Occasional **lifting** of items up to 40 pounds may be necessary. Key responsibilities include reconciling inventory records, performing audits, and implementing procedures to improve inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing inventory challenges.
