Job Summary:
Join our busy warehouse team in Indianapolis, Indiana as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for diligent individuals to accurately pick customer orders and prepare them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or scanners.
  • Inspect items for damage before packing.
  • Pack products securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product integrity.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Meet established performance targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Capable of lifting and moving packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse workflows.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Team player mentality with good communication skills.
