Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or scanners.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack products securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product integrity.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Meet established performance targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse workflows.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player mentality with good communication skills.
