We are looking for an Analytical Technology Specialist to join our clients team in Westport , Co. Mayo. This role will support testing and quality activities for stability, clinical, and investigational lots using Cell-Based Potency Assays and ELISA.

Responsibilities
- Perform QC testing and review lab records.
- Support routine lab duties: reagent qualification, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, QA, and EHS standards.
- Assist with QMS records, investigations, and change controls.
- Maintain data integrity and support assay performance monitoring.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and participate in team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Biological Science with 1–3 years’ QC/GMP experience.
- Hands‑on experience in mammalian cell culture and ELISA‑based assays preferred.
- Strong scientific knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to drive projects, meet timelines, and focus on Right First Time (RFT).
- Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate across teams. xcfaprz
