Analytical Technology Specialist

We are looking for an Analytical Technology Specialist to join our clients team in Westport , Co. Mayo. This role will support testing and quality activities for stability, clinical, and investigational lots using Cell-Based Potency Assays and ELISA.

• Perform QC testing and review lab records.
  
• Support routine lab duties: reagent qualification, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, QA, and EHS standards.
  
• Assist with QMS records, investigations, and change controls.
  
• Maintain data integrity and support assay performance monitoring.
  
• Contribute to root cause analysis and participate in team meetings.
  

• 
  
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Biological Science with 1–3 years’ QC/GMP experience.
  
• Hands‑on experience in mammalian cell culture and ELISA‑based assays preferred.
  
• Strong scientific knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
  
• Clear communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
  
• Ability to drive projects, meet timelines, and focus on Right First Time (RFT).
  
• Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate across teams. xcfaprz
